Paul resides in the Coles District with his Wife, Melissa, and their two children, Harper and Rhys. Paul was born and raised in Prince William County and is a graduate of C.D. Hylton High School. After graduating high school, Paul received a B.A. in Government and International Politics at George Mason University.

Upon graduation from George Mason, Paul began his career as the Practice Manager for a consulting firm in Washington, D.C. focusing on improving the operations of boards and non-profit organizations throughout the United States. Since 2007 Paul has managed two long-standing family owned small businesses founded in the County since 1960 and has founded a new venture in commercial property management in 2014. Paul is pro-life and pro second amendment.

Since running for the Coles District Supervisor seat in 2015, Paul has served at the appointment of both the Board of County Supervisors and the School Board. He helped to draft the County’s current Strategic Plan, served on the Prince William County Schools Infrastructure Task Force and is currently a Director of the Industrial Development Authority of Prince William County.
